What is make an offer and how to process it?

Because of manufacturer's suggested retail price on some products, we can't display price lower then manufacturer's suggested retail price, the manufacturer does not allow us to show you our prices. But you can submit this form via Make An Offer page and provide your offer price, if your price is acceptable we'll accept your offer otherwise we'll give you our best and lower price as counter offer.

 

What to do if make an offer form not loaded?

Not to worry, simply contact us with required details like item sku, item name, item qty, your offer price, your email address from here Contact Us page.

The following items are excluded from this Price Match Policy:

  • Competitor price errors or club/ member prices, membership programs

  • Discounts available to select groups of customers, such as military or loyalty members 
  • Third-party marketplace sellers (including Lowe’s Marketplace Products), auction sites or closeout/discount sites (e.g., we price-match items sold by Amazon.com but not by a third-party seller on Amazon.com.)
  • Credit terms and finance offers
  • Items sold through a marketplace or through third party fulfillment

  • After placing order, email us your government id proof with your order id# on support@nivistores.com 
  • Your order will be not proccess until you send the id proof in this condition.

In which condition should I send the government id proof?
